Boosting Kids’ Immunity in Chandigarh’s Changing Weather

No wonder kids keep catching colds and coughs. The good news? Small daily habits make a big difference.


One fruit a day: Banana, guava, or apple are super immunity boosters. No need for exotic “superfoods.”

Outdoor play: 20 minutes of sunlight and running builds stronger bones and lungs. Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake or even your sector park are great spots.

Sleep is medicine: Kids who sleep early fall sick less often.
