Every Chandigarh parent knows—season change = runny noses 🤧. The reassuring truth: most coughs and colds in children are viral, and get better on their own.
💡 What usually helps:
Warm fluids (soup, warm water, haldi milk).
Saline nasal drops for stuffy nose.
Rest + love.
❌ What not to do: Rush to antibiotics. 80% of colds don’t need them. 🚨 When to see a doctor:
Fever lasting more than 3 days.
Child breathing fast, or chest pulling in.
Unusual lethargy or poor feeding.
Most of the time, patience and fluids work better than pills. So next time your child sneezes, don’t panic—it’s their immune system learning. 💪
