How to Help Kids Sleep Better (and Parents Too!)

  1. Set a fixed sleep time (even on weekends).

  2. Bedtime story ritual – 10 mins of reading or storytelling calms kids.

  3. Screens off 1 hour before bed – TV and mobiles trick the brain into staying awake.


Why it matters? Growth hormone is released during deep sleep. So children literally grow while sleeping.
